海绵往复冲击疲劳压陷测定仪-制造标准:(GB/T 18941 ISO 3385)《 软质泡沫聚合材料.用定载冲击法测定疲劳》一、海绵往复冲击疲劳压陷试验机主要适用范围及功能:
主要用于泡沫聚合材料的往复冲击压缩疲劳试验,测定试样的厚度减少值和硬度降低值(残余变形率),并由此可以了解材料的动态疲劳特性。本仪器同时满足我国汽车工业标准QCT56-93《汽车座椅衬垫材料性能试验方法》和日本汽车工业标准JASOB408-84等国外标准的要求。
本仪器采用微处理器进行控制,自动设定加载负荷大小及往复压缩次数,当负荷小于或大于设定负荷时能够自动调节,保持在设定的负荷数值下进行试验。液晶屏显示中文操作,本仪器具有使用操作方便,性能可靠,测量精度高等特点。二、海绵往复冲击疲劳压陷试验机主要技术参数:
